CANADA DRY MOTT’S AND MARK ANTHONY BRANDS ENTER INTO LONG-TERM DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT FOR READY-TO-DRINK ICONIC BRANDS

Keurig Dr Pepper Canada selects Mark Anthony Brands’ Ready-to-Drink
and Beer Division as their Canadian distributor
for Mott’s Clamato Caesar, Snapple Spiked Tea, and Hires Root Beer and Vodka

MONTREAL, Quebec – May 1st, 2021 – Canada Dry Mott’s Inc., doing business as Keurig Dr Pepper Canada, and Mark Anthony Brands jointly announced today that they entered into a long-term agreement that will provide national distribution to Keurig Dr Pepper’s innovative Ready-to-Drink beverages across all agreed to Liquor and Food service channels in Canada. This partnership combines Mark Anthony’s nearly 50 years of expertise in the Canadian market with the leading portfolio of brands from Keurig Dr Pepper Canada, including #1 Mott’s Clamato Ready-to-Drink Caesar, Snapple Spiked Tea, and legendary, Hires Root Beer and Vodka.

Commenting on the new partnership Keurig Dr Pepper Canada President, Stephane Glorieux said, “This agreement allows Keurig Dr Pepper Canada to expand and maximize the potential of our Ready-to-Drink products through Mark Anthony Brands’ winning go-to-market strategy. Keurig Dr Pepper is celebrating 20 years of experience and success in the market with flagship brands such as Mott's Clamato and Hires Root Beer & Vodka, which remain the undisputed favourites of Canadian consumers. Building on the expertise from Mott's, Snapple Spiked and Hires, Canadians will be able to try this year two new Canada Dry Classics, Gin & Tonic and Vodka & Soda. In addition to that, look for expansion to its signature product lines with new hit flavours to include Snapple Spiked Mango Raspberry and Mott's Clamato Caesar Sriracha. Thanks to this new partnership with Mark Anthony, Keurig Dr Pepper Canada will be able to achieve its RTD vision in the years to come.
