KEURIG DR PEPPER CANADA LISTED AMONG CANADA’S TOP 100 EMPLOYERS FOR FIFTH CONSECUTIVE YEAR

The Company has been recognized for its community involvement
and programs to support employees.

MONTRÉAL, Quebec – November 12, 2021 — Keurig Dr Pepper Canada has received the honour of being named one of Canada's Top 100 Employers. This national competition determines which employers are offering exceptional workplaces for Canadians. This year, companies were selected based on how they support employees physically and mentally and how they adapted internal practices to foster a diverse and welcoming work environment.

As the pandemic persisted, the Company has never stopped supporting the Canadian communities in need through their sponsorship and donation program. In May 2021, Keurig Dr Pepper Canada, along with four other partners, also supported the opening of a vaccination clinic accessible to all. “Our organization has been rooted in the Saint-Michel community for decades and has always had the well-being of the neighbourhood at heart. When the Quebec government asked businesses to take part in vaccination efforts, we were there, ready to help,” says Olivier Lemire, President, Keurig Dr Pepper Canada. Through the creation of the Saint-Michel vaccination clinic, the company helped facilitate access to the vaccine for over 15,000 residents.

To support our employees in these challenging times, Keurig Dr Pepper Canada launched a 6-month awareness campaign on physical, financial and emotional wellness. Webinars on mental health with various themes such as identifying triggers, the power of meditation, resilience, and how to balance family life and work, were provided as well as a series of one-on-one counselling experiences with external specialists.

With all the events that have occurred in our society over the past year, Keurig Dr Pepper launched eight Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to help promote community and connection. “The ERGs have been instrumental in bringing people of diverse backgrounds together, tackling challenges, improving engagement and contributing to the well-being of their fellow employees,” explains Lemire.

Other initiatives and benefits Keurig Dr Pepper Canada offers its employees include product discounts, flexible health plans and ongoing employee development through tuition scholarships and a variety of in-house and online training opportunities. The Company also encourages its employees to support their communities through paid volunteerism and matching donations to their non-profits of choice.
